Custom Bronze & Brass Casting & Manufacturing
Made to drawing. Made to specification. Supplied in the condition your production process requires.
Mete Prime supplies custom bronze, brass and other copper-alloy castings, semi-finished materials and machined components through the production capabilities of our foundry group in Türkiye. Based in Bar, Montenegro, we serve European and Adriatic industrial buyers as the group's regional sales arm, with technical review and production coordinated directly with the foundry team.
Customer drawings, samples, existing parts and material specifications form the basis of each enquiry. We review the required component or material form, alloy, dimensions, quantity and delivery condition to establish the casting and machining scope. Supply ranges from material for further processing and rough castings to pre-machined or fully machined parts, supporting both replacement requirements and repeat production.

What Custom Casting Means for an Industrial Buyer
Custom production covers both individual replacement parts and repeat industrial orders. A bushing, tube, wear plate or worm wheel is produced to the buyer's specified alloy, dimensions, machining allowance and acceptance requirements. These specifications define the scope of each order.
Review Before Quotation
A technically sound casting quotation aligns component geometry, material and manufacturing process. The same nominal bronze grade can behave differently depending on casting route and section size, while the same geometry may require different allowances for rough, pre-machined or finished supply.
- The drawing, sample or existing part is reviewed for manufacturability
- Alloy requirement is confirmed against load, corrosion and machining conditions
- Casting method is selected by geometry, quantity and required structure
- Machining scope and inspection needs are defined before pricing

Products and Component Families
01Bushings, Bearings & Sleeves
Cylindrical plain-bearing components produced as cast blanks, rough-machined sleeves or finished parts. Plain, flanged and self-lubricating configurations evaluated from the drawing and operating condition.

02Rods, Bars, Tubes & Profiles
Continuous-cast forms for buyers who need homogeneous semi-finished stock for turning, boring, milling or further processing.

03Plates, Rings & Wear Components
Flat and profiled bronze parts, rings, thrust elements and wear surfaces for guideways, presses and heavy machinery.

04Gears & Machine Components
Gears, worm wheels, nuts, pump and valve parts and drawing-based engineered components.
ExploreCasting Routes and Machining
Production routes include sand casting for project-specific geometries, centrifugal casting for many cylindrical components, continuous casting for rods, hollow bars, tubes and profiles, and machining for pre-finished or finished parts.
The appropriate route is selected according to geometry, alloy, quantity, required structure, machining allowance and final application. Machining scope is evaluated per project against the drawing, tolerances and available machining infrastructure.

From Material to Finished Component
Semi-Finished Material
Rods, bars, tubes, profiles, plates and suitable blanks supplied as material.
Rough / As-Cast
Cast geometry with agreed machining allowance or customer-defined stock.
Pre-Machined
Selected surfaces, bores or reference dimensions machined before delivery.
Fully Machined
Finished component to the agreed drawing, tolerances and inspection plan.
The supply condition is agreed during quotation to match your production, assembly or maintenance requirements.
Materials Selected for the Application
Bronze is not one material. Tin bronzes, aluminium bronzes, leaded bronzes, special brasses and other copper-based alloys behave differently under load, sliding speed, lubrication, seawater, temperature and machining conditions. Material selection is therefore treated as an engineering decision rather than a fixed catalogue choice. Customer-specified grades and equivalent international standards can be evaluated during quotation.
