A clear quotation starts with the right information. For casting requirements, provide the technical details, material specification, quantity and required supply condition. For marine supply enquiries, include the equipment or vessel reference, quantity and delivery requirements.

Casting Quote Requirements

• Product or component type — bushing, sleeve, tube, bar, plate, ring, gear, machine part or other casting.
• Material grade or standard, if specified.
• Drawing, sample or existing-part reference, with main dimensions where available.
• Quantity, including prototype quantity and expected repeat demand if relevant.
• Required supply condition — semi-finished material, rough / as-cast, pre-machined or fully machined.
• Critical tolerances, surface requirements, threads, grooves, holes or other machining details.
• Required certificates, inspection records or customer-specific quality requirements.
• Requested delivery date and destination country.

Drawings, Samples and Existing Parts

If a drawing is not available, a sample, existing part or clear photographs with reference dimensions can be used for the initial technical review.
